Acclimatization check
Not medical advice. See a travel-medicine doctor.
Enter where you sleep each night, in metres: one night per line, or separated by commas. The check reads sleeping altitude, not the highest point of the day.
The two checks
- Above 3000 m, sleep no more than 500 m higher than the night before.
- Above 3000 m, take a rest day every 3 to 4 days: a night no higher than the one before. The fourth night in a row above 3000 m that sleeps higher, with no rest between, is flagged.
